Donation to the College Library

The family members of Late Prof. Samuel Kolo Tswanya were in the College on the 27^th August, 2018 to donate books to the College library. The handing over of the books was done by the daughter of the Late Prof. Tswanya Kolo, Mrs. Blessing Tswanya to the Provost of the College, Prof. Muhammad Yakubu Auna.

The Provost was overwhelmed and full of gratitude for the kind gesture. He recalled the last time he had spent with the Late Prof. Tswanya Kolo due to the cordial relationship between them.

The Provost called on well-meaning individuals to emulate the gesture and promised to make judicious use of the books. He also used the opportunity to once again condole the family for the irreparable loss especially at the peak of the Late Prof’s Carrier.

In her response, Mrs. Blessing Tswanya on behalf of the family thanked God for her father’s choice of donation to the College as he was passionate about College of Education, Minna. She hopes the choice of books will assist the students and enhance learning. She also requested to the College to honour his memory by giving him a tribute on behalf of the College.

The Provost, and the entire College community appreciated the family of the late Prof. Tswanya.
